Centec 6 HL (5 BBL) Beer DeAlcoholizer System – 1068-1

This dealcoholization system uses an aroma and taste conserving process to extract alcohol from beer after complete fermentation. Ingredients are preserved or added back to the processed beer. The dealcoholization process is performed at low temperature and the residual alcohol content is close to undetectable.
